Xeoware LLC is the product of many years of experience in the web development field, most of it filled with aggravation because we were bound by corporate rules that always seemed to ignore the fact that most users have to take massive amounts of time just to be able to start using the product they have purchased.
For years we were pushed to get product out and let the customers figure it out. Our aggravation over this one simple fact pushed us together as a team; to once and for all change the way web applications and web software were viewed by the public.
Our staff has a combined 35 plus years experience, building some of the most complicated web applications ever launched on the internet. We have spent too many years building applications that "didn't make sense", all because someone thought they were the "next big thing" and we have learned from each and every one of those applications. We have learned the customer's ability to use an application quickly and easily is paramount. We have learned expensive does not always mean good. We have learned most customers want something that is simple to use and they appreciate that ability.
Where most software developers build towards what appears "cool" to them, our team develops from the customer's point of view. Every effort is made to ignore our abilities as developers and programers. Every time a piece of code is written the first question is "Can someone with limited web experience quickly learn this and use it?"
It may seem like a backwards point of view to some but the staff at Xeoware feel too many people have been excluded from the "web experience". The staff at Xeoware realizes there are millions of people and businesses that want to get online but feel they are excluded because of their limited abilities. We are here to help those people!
Our applications and software are built for anyone that wants to have an online presence, no matter what their abilities are, no matter how "green" they may be to the internet and no matter what their budget may be. Call us communists but we feel each and every business and person out there should be able to "stake their claim" on the internet without months of aggravation and manuals and without having to re-mortgage their home to get what they need!
Simply put, Xeoware is here to change the rules of web applications, who can use them and who can afford them. Nothing less will do.
Many people ask two questions about our name, the first being how to pronounce it. It is pronounced "zeoware". The second question we are always asked is where the name came from. It comes from the urban dictionary. The term "xeo" means (according to this dictionary) "Innovative ideas that have yet to be discovered; All knowing of what is yet to be discovered". We fully believe in these ideas yet to be discovered and we are committed to finding new ways to help small businesses make their mark on the internet.
